ATTENTION! ALL ORDERS MADE AFTER DECEMBER 10TH ARE NOT GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS.

When will I get my order?

Hello. This is a smart question. It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, and then it gets shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated like this:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

What are the shipping rates?

All US orders under $70 USD are shipped with a flat rate of $6.99 USD.

All other international orders under $80 USD are shipped with a flat rate of $15 USD.

All US order over $70 USD and all international orders over $80 USD ship FREE.  

Where will my order ship from?

Another smart question. I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, because I am famous worldwide .

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An customs and tax fee can happen on international orders, but this is not me punishing you because you are foreign. This fee is not in my control and is up to your customs office. These Customs policies are all very different for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. I am sorry you are foreign. I was born in Hollywood.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Please calm down. Before yelling about it to me, please help me by doing these:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email in case you put in your address wrongly because maybe you were too tired.
  • Ask your local post office if they are greedy and kept still have your package
  • Ask your neighbors in case they are greedy and are trying to steal my designs, or maybe the lazy courier left the package with them because they were too tired.
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, reach me at marcusporksr@gmail.com with your order number and start your complaining.
  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but you will have to pay for your own shipping because you are the fool in this instance.

 

Orders

How are your products made?

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide (because I am famous worldwide), so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

 

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking link through email once your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email me at marcusporksr@gmail.com but please be polite about it.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I’m very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me fix this for you quickly, please email me at marcusporksr@gmail.com within a week (7 days) with your order number, photos of the ugly and messed up product, and any other details you have about the sloppy order. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, and will tell you sorry and try to fix the problem for you.

 

Returns

What’s your return policy?

I do not offer returns and exchanges. I wish I could give refunds or resend new orders, but sadly I am not big like Amazon yet, and cannot afford to do these nice things. One day I will be bigger than Amazon and give everyone my designs for free. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by reaching me at marcusporksr@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, and will tell you sorry and try to fix the problem for you.

 

Do you offer refunds?

I am not responsible for items that are lost in transit. I only offer refunds to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this is the case with your order, please contact me at marcusporksr@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged/ ugly items and I’ll try to make things right, and I will also tell you sorry.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size to buy, look at the sizing tab on my website. While it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If this is the case, please let me know within a week (7 days) after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund. I will also tell you sorry.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be requested via email, and orders can only be cancelled before the order has been fulfilled. Because each order is processed on demand, the window of cancellation can only be made within a few minutes after ordering.

In the event that your order can still be cancelled, you will be refunded your entire order, except a cancellation fee of $3.99 will be withheld.
